Production Management and Coordination for accessories made in Los Angeles
TIME. The entire project needed to be completed in a span of 5 months from conceptualization to production. We managed a well organized plan to stay on schedule. We worked day and night, Sunday to Sunday to complete the project in a timely matter.
SPACE. I was chosen by June Ambrose to be a part of her design team since we've managed to work very well together for many years. Since I was located in Denver, Colorado at the time of the project, and her and the project in NYC, I managed to work 100% remotely. With accuracy and constant and open communication, we were able to work fluidly without any issue. We managed to meet with the help of Zoom and FaceTime.
CAD. Since I am not trained in CAD, I only made technical illustrations for half of the designs.
